SUPPLEMENTS VS WHOLE FOODS

I am not anti-supplements. Actually, I have a supplement buying issue. I love them (shakes, bars, bites, cookies, drinks, etc.). I USE them to meet my protein requirements when I just cannot stomach another bite of fowl, fish or beast. It's ok! You can do that too. You SHOULD do it if you're not hitting at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight each and every fucking day. I can look at people and usually tell you who's not hitting their protein. Just so ya know. I see you.
