WHAT DOES "CONSISTENT" MEAN?

Showing up even when you don't want to. Day in and day out. Month after month. Year after year. Consistency is what separates those who reach their goals from those who only WISH they could.

 

EGG WHITE CREPE RECIPE

1/3c Egg Whites

2/3 Scoop of whey protein flavor of choice

Whipped cream cheese

Cool Whip

Directions: Beat egg whites & whey until watery.

Pour into hot skillet and cover.

When almost solid, use two spatulas to flip.

Remove from skillet.

Fill with 2TBS of whipped cream cheese (I love Philadelphia Wild Berry)

Top with 2TBS of Cool Whip.

Wrap that baby up like a little bambino and BAM!

DON'T FORGET THE BACON on the side!

 

***LIFTING TIP***

Vary your grip width on virtually every upper body lift to hit different muscles differently. Do one set with a narrow grip; the second set moderate width; next set with wide grip. Or all sets with narrow; next workout use moderate width; next workout use wide grip. Happy Lifting, Savages!
