"Oh.My.Cats. How Did You Get Ripped So Fast?"

If it was too miraculous, too fast and...and...they claim, EASY? It probably was. It's the miraculous and fast that should be huge red flags.

Likewise, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Do not get me wrong, you can achieve quite a physical transformation in 30, 60 or 90 days. But at what cost? It's MAINTAINING those changes that you should be concerned about. Try to find workout and nutrition plans that are SUSTAINABLE and are balanced enough that they become a lifestyle.

Short-term transformations are just that - short-term (i.e. dieting for a vacation, wedding, special event). What you should be impressed by (actually, AWED by) are the people doing the work for YEARS; who are passionate, consistent, humble and who aren't trying to sell you the latest "miracle in a bottle". Miracles in a bottle do not exist, people.

Muscular, strong, lean, fit, athletic, "ripped" bodies are not built in 30, 60 or 90 days. They're not even built in 30 MONTHS. If someone is flaunting miraculous, fast results showing their ripped abs, bulging biceps and shoulder striations? Trust you, me...they already HAD those abs, those arms, and their shoulders were probably already their leanest body part. Those abs and shoulders did not merely happen because they did "X" for 6 weeks.

So, I'm beggin' ya...do not buy into the hype, the gimics, the fads, the trends, the appealing "amazing 6-week transformations". What has always worked; always works. And what works is patience, consistency and WORK.

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
